Orchard Farm is being developed by OFKL (Orchard Farm Kent Ltd), a partnership between Urbanise and Steenvlinder.

Steenvlinder is the leading social and community driven developer for self-build in the Netherlands and Urbanise is a successful Kent based developer who ensures good design, sustainability and community engagement are at the heart of all projects.
