Orchard Farm is being developed by Orchard Farm Kent Ltd (OFKL), a partnership between Urbanise and Steenvlinder.

Ste envlinder is the leading social and community driven developer for self-build in the Netherlands and Urbanise is a successful Kent based developer who ensures good design, sustainability and community engagement are at the heart of all projects.

We have shared values and believe that self-build brings a variety of well designed and well built homes, where people want to stay and live happy lives.

By creating Orchard Farm as a self-build development, we are realising our joint ambition to change the way that housing is delivered in the UK.
